In the first part of the FS Festival viewers will have the opportunity to see, among other works, “Please Say Something,” this year’s Golden Bear winner for short film; “Film Noir,” a stylistically sophisticated story of a gloomy love affair; the best experimental short form of SXSW 2009 Festival – “Cattle Call” by Mike Maryniuk and Matthew Rankin; and finally, Michael Gondry’s “Sugar Water,” a video for Cibo Matto in which the director plays with the notion of time.
